Increase in turnover (turnover) and eBitda presented the Brewing Macedonia Thrace in 2024, reaching 31.42 million euros and € 6 million, respectively, according to a company announcement.
In addition to increasing turnover and EBITDA, the Thrace Macedonia Brewery completed and launched its second brewery, in the context of its wider investment program of € 15.5 million for the two-year 2024-2025, while modernizing production with new lagwatering and populist Intelligence.
At the same time, the company’s long -term plan provides for the creation of a Rodopi Factory in Rodopi, with an investment of 50 million euros and the creation of more than 100 new jobs. This investment, expected to be completed within two years, will meet the company’s packaging needs, serve the domestic market and boost export activities in the Balkans.
The new plant, with a predicted capacity of 500 million aluminum boxes per year – with an extensive productive capacity of $ 1 billion per year – is a strategic move that will fill a significant gap in Greek industry, offering high -tech and competitiveness solutions.
Following the sharp increase in the production capacity of these investments, the company sets as a strategic priority to increase its export activity internationally. ZMH reinforces its presence abroad with new markets (Romania, Bulgaria), implementing an increase of 15% exports and strategic partnerships with distributors in 12 countries.
The company continues to expand its portfolio, with new product additions to the category of healthy beverages under the brand “Tuvunu”, such as table water and lemon soda, as well as new “Vergina” beer codes.
Macedonia Brewery of Thrace SA It also contributes to the local economy and society. Through the contract farming, it supports 500 farmers and cultivates 30,000 acres a year, and has paid € 51.7 million to taxes and contributions over the last five years, with an expected amount of € 67.5 million for the three-year period 2025-2027.
