“I have already been placed on the subject from 18-3-2025”
A letter to the Speaker of the House, confirmed by the memorandum submitted to the preliminary committee, sent the Magnesia MP of the ND, Christos Triantopoulos, In the context of the discussion of this finding, in the plenary of Parliament.
Mr Triantopoulos’ letter to the Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament (on the subject of the special day of the plenary session of the House of Representatives of 11-4-2025) shall be as follows:
Dear Mr. President,
On 11-4-2025 he is discussed in the plenary session of the House, as the only issue of the special agenda, the finding of the Special Parliamentary Committee for a preliminary examination of the possible committee, by me until then the Deputy Minister from the Prime Minister, of the offense of the offense of Article 259. 6-3-2023, and a decision will be made by a secret ballot on the proposal of the above committee on the criminal prosecution against me for the act, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 86 of the Council, 153 et seq.
On this matter, I have been placed by my letter dated 18-3-2025 to the President of the above-mentioned Special Parliamentary Committee, Mr. Panagis Kappatos, and my (28-3-2025 Committee), the contents of which I have fully confirmed hereof.
