Lazaridis responds to Samaras for the "vizier" designation: If he loves the faction, he should support Mitsotakis

In the interview he gave to ANT1, the former prime minister targeted Mr. Lazaridis as well as Kyriakos Mitsotakis. “They are asking me to betray what I believe, to humbly apologize for my opposition to same-sex marriage,” said Mr. Samaras, among other things, and added, referring to Lazaridis’ statements: “So these are not called “bridges” in politics.” They are called hypocrisy. Here one of his supporters declared in the style of a vizier: “It is better for Mr. Samaras to go home.” Such hypocrisy, such arrogance.”

The answer of Antonis Samaras was not ignored by the ND MP who returned to the issue and with his post on platform X noted that the former prime minister “if he loves the faction he should support Kyriakos Mitsotakis”.

Specifically, he stated:

“@samaras_antonis called me a vizier because I have said that if I were in his place I would sit at home and support the faction that honored me and made me president of @neademokratia.

I repeat: If he loves the faction and Greece as he says, he must support @kmitsotakis. Will he do it? If not, the historian of the future will again judge him negatively.”
