Kyriakos Mitsotakis will attend the opening of the Great Egyptian Museum in Giza today

In his opposition, Kyriakos Mitsotakis sent the message to the members of the Sinai Brotherhood that Greece is present and their helper for the preservation in eternity of the special and separate regime bequeathed to us by our ancestors. He called it a “national duty” and our reasonable debt to give any help to those who keep our traditions in the end of the Sinai Peninsula

The Prime Minister emphasized that the Greek and Egyptian States have paved the way to preserve in perpetuity the religious character of the Monastery, its rights, and the protection of the monks. He also added that the agreed directions and principles will certainly be brought to the attention of the Sinai Brotherhood, which will have the final say.
