Successive meetings with the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metcola, the executive vice -president of the Commission for Technology Henna and the Swedish Prime Minister Ulphruson Kyriakos Mitsotakis had, on the sidelines of the European People’s Party Council on Valencia for a second day.
When meeting with the Ulvis Christenson, Issues of European interest were discussed, with an emphasis on the latest developments in Ukraine and the European economy.
The two leaders also discussed issues related to the exposure of minors on social media.
The prime minister made a special reference to the tools developed by the Greek government in the context of the national strategic protection of minors from internet addiction and emphasized that the European Union should find the right balance between the regulatory framework for platforms and technology companies.
Artificial intelligence
The prime minister also met with the European Commission’s Executive Vice President for Technological Self -Self -Self -Self -Self -Self -Self Hena Virkunn.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis stressed that Greece has a complete National strategy for artificial intelligence, Human talent, has been selected for one of the first seven AI Factories of the EU and has a dynamic ecosystem of startups in the field of artificial intelligence.
The prime minister emphasized the need for a framework for ethics and security in the use of artificial intelligence, which will protect users, but at the same time not limiting the innovation and development of technology.
