With Kim Jun-AE’s daughter, who is likely to be his successor to North Korea’s power, but also his wife, Ri Sol-Ju, Kim Jong Un showed another person to the citizens as he appeared relaxed and smiling.
However, his wife won the impressions as he is not used to appearing publicly.
The North Korean leader, wearing a dark suit with a white shirt and a tie, posed next to a pool with a pack of cigarettes, a drink and a towel and watched the holidaymakers enjoying the water slides.

Located on the east coast of the country, the resort offers sports facilities and leisure activities and commercial and public catering. So far, the only ones they can enjoy are the locals as only Russians can visit some parts of North Korea and only on organized excursions.

The KCNA agency reports that Kim Jong Un wants to reinforce the name of Wonsan Kalma “as a global cultural tourist resort”.
In North Korea, they hope that the resort will attract 20,000 visitors a year after its opening on July 1st.
After cutting the ribbon at the inauguration ceremony, Kim Jong Un said the project had finally become a “brilliant reality” after over a decade of work and increasing construction expenses.
He will “play a leading role in the introduction of North Korea’s tourist culture”, he said.
