Another car accident with a bear was marked in Kastoria Saturday (09.08.2025). Specifically, a teddy bear was injured by a passing car on Dispiliou – Ampelokipi Provincial Road.
The car accident occurred when the teddy bear attempted to cross the road to Kastoria and was dragged by a car, injuring, while the driver involved in the accident left the spot.
Then, according to ERT, passing drivers informed the police.
At the same time, officials of the Kastoria Forestry Office arrived, who took over the operation of the injured animal.
The small female teddy bear about 8 months old suffered slight injuries and is expected to return to its natural environment soon.
