Maria Karystianou’s reaction to a post by the President of the Republic of the Republic, Stefanos Kasselakis, was intense. Through her public posting, Ms Karystianou launched a severe attack on the political leader, accusing him directly of using the case of the accident “not to reveal the truth and the honor of the memory of our children, but solely for serving his political interest”.
The reason for Mrs. Karystianou’s angry reaction was a post by Mr Kasselakis, which allegedly hints at a possible connection of the deadly fireplace that followed the collision of the train with the silicone oils of Siemens transformers, leaving them open.
Maria Karystianou categorically rejected this claim, describing him as a “non -existent theory” which, as she notes, is also popular with the government, which “desperately strives to renounce responsibility for the challenge of fireplace and chemical fuel”. Ms Karystianou accuses the President of the Democracy Movement of adopting such positions with those who seek to “cover the truth”.
“So what (non -existent) scientific basis, and mainly for what purpose, Mr Kasselakis, are you referring to the possible correlation of silicone oils with the fireplace that removed oxygen and cremated by our children?” This is the cause of the deadly fire.
To all those who want to use the “Tempi” not for the truth and honor in our children’s memory, but for their political interest.

Stefanos Kasselakis’ response
Stefanos Kasselakis made new public interventions on the Tempe case, pointing out both the continued concealment of the crime and the silence of those who have to take a stand.
In his personal statement to the victim’s mother, Mr. Karystianou, he noted:
“Dear Mrs. Karystianou – I have repeatedly called you yesterday, and unfortunately it was not possible to communicate between us.
At the same time I was informed that your lawyer has the indictment in his hands, which he studied and approved publicly.
Although I am in flight, I am at your disposal and of course once I land I will call you again.
Our common struggle is justice and truth. “
Mr Kasselakis emphasized that the indictments that the Democracy Movement has drafted are not limited to communication movements, but are a substantiated legal work, which includes all possible crimes and misdemeanors for any political person involved – without hesitation to highlight the potential.
“These are not simple omissions. These are acts and omissions that sustain severe crimes. Crimes accurately described in the indictments: from homicides with possible fraud to criminal reports, infidelity, obstruction of justice, and even end -of -the -line betrayal. And all this, documented. With legal arguments, figures, findings and documents. “
However, no democratic opposition party has dared to sign them. They hide behind generalologies, political statements and selective sensitivities.
“The silence of the opposition parties is complicity. There is no “margin of disagreement” here – there are 57 dead. There is a society that requires accountability. Anyone who refuses to stand by the relatives and sign this fight simply chooses to be part of the concealment. “
It is recalled that Stefanos Kasselakis first, on the night that the EPASAM report was published, had mentioned in the broadcast of Nikos Hatzinikolaou that the finding includes an explicit reference to wooden, completely deconstructing the narrative of “Silicone” and “Human”.
The indictments compiled by the legal team of the Republic Movement are publicly available. They do not “belong” to the movement. They belong to society. They are tools for the administration of justice. And they remain open for co -signing by any party dares to stand up to the truth:

The struggle for justice does not belong to any party. It is a struggle for the 57 dead, for their families, for society, for democracy itself.
