At the age of 91, the journalist Christos (Chris) Sun.
Christos Iliou was born in Port Sid, Egypt in 1934. He studied Political Science and Middle East issues at the Terra Santa College of the Annunciation Nazareth and journalism at the London School of Journalism.
His journalistic career began in 1954 as a reporter in the Jerusalem Post newspaper. He was subsequently a correspondent to the Jerusalem of five major newspapers in South Africa, the US New Catholic Welfare News Agency, and since 1961 he has been a successive correspondent in Athens of the “Associated Press”, the Daily Mail, the “Times” of the “Times” “CBS”. From 1972 to the Athens Agency and until his retirement he has been the head of the English newsletter for years.
