The Israeli army has not confirmed these blows.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, two attacks took place on Tuesday near Damascus, and aimed at a military base and then the rescuers who arrived at the spot.
Israel has intensified its raids in southern Syria and the latest blows coincide with security talks between Damascus and its decades of enemy, under the auspices of the US, with the aim of reaching an agreement to reduce tensions.
Israel and Syria, officially in war since 1948, held direct talks in Paris last week with US mediation amid reports of a possible security deal between the two sides.
