The Intrafashion Group (known for Brand Pink Woman) and BodyTalk SA announce the signing of an agreement to acquire 100% of BodyTalk SA shares by the Intrafashion Group.
This agreement is part of the strategic development plan of the Intrafashion Group and further strengthens its presence in the field of sports and casual clothing, with the aim of creating synergies and utilizing the potential of the historic brand bodytalk.
Intrafashion Group President & CEO Dimitris Matemtzis said: “Bodytalk has a long history, broad recognition and unique features that have established it in consumer consciousness.
