Innocent 33 PAOK fans for the episode in Saint Constantine

Innocents due to doubts the one -member Criminal Court judged Lamia its 33 fans of PAOK (In a separate case file there is another minor) arrested on March 2, 2025 for an episode with their fans of AEK, in a store in Agios Constantine.

There is the trial of the PAOK minor fan, referred to a special hearing. The trial had begun on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 and was suspended to conclude today (25.04.2-25). The accusations involved dangerous bodily harm and deterioration of foreign property for which no evidence was found from the hearing.

According to “lamiareport.gr” but also “Ilamia.gr”, both the prosecutor’s proposal and the court’s ruling were exemption for the defendants (there was no sure conclusion if the people arrested were those who had caused their bodily harm to shop where they had stopped).

All of them in their apologies denied any involvement in the episodes, and from the previous meeting and the AEK fans themselves had testified that they did not recognize any of the defendants, as did the store owner.

Of course, there was a deposition of the police officer who had recognized 15 people from the video material to participate in the episodes and another 11 attending the site but not being able to say about the degree of involvement in the attack. Similarly he had not recognized AEK fans who had counterattacked the objects that the opponents had thrown at them.

Following the acquittal to note that there are no restrictive conditions for the prohibition of PAOK matches and their presence in AT of their place of residence one hour before the start and one hour after the end of any match of their favorite team in all sports.
