Supplementary case file on earthworks that altered its place Railway in Tempi was forwarded to Parliament.
The dossier was filed after a lawsuit filed by MPs Vassilis Kokkalis and Alexandros Avlonitis against former regional governor Costas Agorastos of Deputy Minister Nikos Papathanassis and then Deputy Minister Yiannis Tsakiris for the cost of the money.
According to House Speaker Nikita Kaklamanis, the case file is expected to be returned immediately to the Supreme Court in order to relate to the material already collected by the Judicial Council that will investigate possible criminal responsibilities of the former deputy minister.
