By the Directorate Prosecution of Criminal Crimes Against Life and Ownership of the Organized Crime Management Directorate was solved case of restaurant arson in the area of Vouliagmeni, which took place early in the morning of 16-10-2024.
In particular, in the context of the survey conducted, with appropriate utilization collected material, identified as a 60 -year -old actorwho was arrested in the area of Nice Attica, after a coordinated operation of the Department of Prosecution.
As it turned out, the above, having covered the characteristics of his facial, he lined up the interior of the store for a short time and then went to the roof and threw flammable material, causing ignition and fire.
At the same time in possession of 60 -year -old bwas flowing A boat with outboard petrol engine, for which their owner had denounced 24-09-2025.
Overall, from the investigations carried out in houses in Nice Attica and Loutraki, Corinthia, they found and confiscated:

- ax,
- 2- lenses,
- 3- vessels,
- trailer for carriage of vessel,
- 4- Outboard vessels engines
- clothing, footwear and two backpacks,
- mobile and
- usb.
It is noted that, during the investigations, three more vessels were seized, both of which were brought out of the outboard, as well as two trailers, without engraved identification numbers, in order to investigate the law of their possession.
The boat and the outboard, which employed as products of embezzlement, will be attributed to their legal owner.
The detainee was taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
