In Parliament the new COC: Driving by using mobile and under the influence of alcohol

Change barracks are foreseen in the new draft law on the Road Traffic Code submitted on Saturday morning in Parliament.

The draft law provides for the criminalization of a series of high -risk offenses, such as mobile phone driving, non -granting priority to a rail vehicle, violating the red or mobile barrier before a level railway as well as parking.
