OR AADE It puts the digital clientele from today (14.4.2025) in application carwhich records in real time trading from workshops, parking, laundry and car rental companies.
The aim of the new AADE application is to check every service, throughout the range of the car market by registering the plates of each customer when entering the businessman’s professional installation and the correlation of the visit with the issuance of a proof.
With the new system, when a vehicle enters or exits a workshop, parking, washing machine or rental company, the professional will scan the vehicle sign with its mobile phone and automatically the registration number will be recorded in the digital clientele in the Mydataapp application. The system is already in a pilot phase and its full development is expected to be completed by June.
At the exit of the vehicle, the professional should scan the receipt or invoice issued and the clientele will be informed and thereby completing the process and closing this transaction. Thus the tax mechanism will know the number of customers and vehicles and compare the evidence with the evidence issued through the Mydata platform. In the event of deviations it will “light red” for on -the -spot checks.
At the pilot stage, the entrepreneurs can be recorded through the computer screen.
With the digital clientele (essentially the old customer book), AADE will know at any time how many customers the business has served, how many proofs were issued, how much they were collected and what VAT should be attributed.
For professionals, the digital clientele offers automation in the management of their customers and compliance with tax requirements, through a series of advanced functions such as registration of new customers, updating and modifying existing registrations, cancellation of customers without the need for manual documents and documents.
According to AADE, the system will make it easier for businesses to monitor their transactions and reduce the chance of errors that may lead to fines.

Vehicle Parking and Washes for each vehicle will declare:

The car industry is the beginning of the new system. The digital clientele will extend to many other sectors to autumn, such as social events (weddings, baptisms) and tourism (hotels), where high rates of undeclared transactions are observed.
