Until tomorrow (5.4.2025), stakeholders for subsidy for the subsidy concerning the program I change a heating system and water heater.
It has already been extended to allow for as many interested parties who have not prevented, to collect the necessary supporting documents and to participate in the program I change the heating system and water heater, according to an ERTNEWS report.
Grant rates and evaluation of applications
The “Changing Heating System and Water System” is aimed at households wishing to place the above eligible equipment in their home (main or secondary residence, renting or giving). The action subsides the purchase of a new solar water heater of modern technology, at 50% or 60%, with the exact percentage of income criteria, the purchase of a new heat pump system, 50%, the performed necessary complementary placement work (eg. of income criteria).
Applications for funding are comparatively evaluated and the existence of either a member/members of the disabled in the family are taken into account if the application concerns families with three or more dependent children, if the residence is in atmospheric burdens (only for the new heat pump system), in areas with high number. They will only be submitted electronically through the electronic platform to: https://allazosistimathermansis-thermosifona.gov.gr until May 5, 2025.
How the application is submitted to the “Change Heating System and Water Heater” program
After its identification, the beneficiary states:
- The 11 -digit electricity supply number of the house where the eligible equipment will be installed.
- That its residence can be installed the eligible equipment and there is no restriction on operating regulations (eg apartment building regulation, building operating regulation, etc.) or the applicable regulatory framework.
- That if the house is rented/assigned there is consensus of the owner.
- If the residence is rented/allocated, the declaration of real estate lease (lease).
- That has not been funded, for the purchase of the same solar water heater and/or heat pump system by another program funded by national or Community resources.
- The number of dependent members (number of children) from income tax returns of 2023 tax year (and through a family status certificate for any new family members arising out in 2024).
- The existence of the family with disabilities to the family, through an attachment of a corresponding opinion or a certificate by a Health Certification Committee or other competent authority, which shall continue to exercise its responsibilities by law.
- The personal e -mail address, which will be used to send the Voucher code after approval of the funding application, in conjunction with the parallel update provided through the program’s digital platform. In addition, it will be used to send the OTP code required to identify the beneficiary when purchasing the eligible equipment, as well as for any other relevant communication with the beneficiary.
The beneficiary also confirms the information that is automatically drawn from the State Registries concerning his / her application. Edit the funding request is based on:
- The declared-commemorated by the beneficiary.
- The data derived from other services (KED, HEDNO etc).
Evaluation of funding applications
When submitting the application, information and cross -checking through the online services referred to in the preceding paragraph. The beneficiary is then immediately informed through the digital platform of the program to which he submitted his request.

- Each application receives a timing and a special application code (application no.).

After the end of the day and time for funding applications is over, the procedure for drawing up a temporary ranking table is followed for those applications that have been successfully submitted and scored.
