The completion of the project includes important infrastructure, both maritime and inland. One of the most striking features of Nafplio Marina is the expanded boaching capacity, while land facilities will cover a total area of ​​3,014.00 sqm, including buildings and public areas.

The goal is to fully complete the projects within three years, that is, until the first half of 2028, so the city acquired its first marina. Nafplio Marina will offer a new point of interest in the historic city, with coffee, catering and leisure, shops and a variety of services.

According to the approved location, the project includes port facilities for the service of the yachts, building facilities for the hospitality of visitors, and the necessary infrastructure. One of the most important advantages of the new marina is the great ability to park vehicles. This is expected to solve the problem that the city faces, especially during the summer, weekends, as well as on holidays and holidays, where increased traffic makes parking difficult.

Marina is planned to create commercial facilities such as pharmacy, cafeteria and restaurant, supermarkets, clothing stores. The aim of the concessionaire is to create car and mini van lease offices to serve the Marina visitors and boat passengers who will be docked in it. As for the construction of the supermarket, it is foreseen that there will be a space available with a surface of 500 sq.m. and underground spaces for warehouses, pumping stations, substation areas and pumping station.

The growth trajectory of Sunnyland, the company that operates as a vehicle for Aristides Belle’s activation (known by his business presence in the fish farming industry through the “Nireas”, ended up in the field of Real Estate and Tourism.

Sunnyland’s project provides for the development of a 4 -star hotel complex, capacity of 208 beds, at the “Gourniza” site of the Municipal Unit of Nea Tiryns, the Municipality of Nafplio in the Argolida Regional Unit.

This, however, is not the only tourist project that the entrepreneur has. The Sunnyland portfolio also includes the project of constructing a new tourist complex on the company’s 22 acre plot in the area of ​​Old Epidaurus.

Based on the design, the complex will consist, inter alia, of 25 luxurious independent villas of 120-165 square meters each with exclusive pools, gardens and terraces, dining areas and two cable car for the internal movement of visitors. This investment is estimated to range from the perimeter of EUR 10 million.

Argolida is also expected to welcome an ambitious development project, as the Hypermalion in 2025 will promote the utilization of Karathonas. It is a seaside area of ​​1,911 acres 4 km from the city of Nafplio, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Argos, 1,500m sandy beach and amphitheatrical development. Inside the property there are small arbitrary catering buildings (taverns), beach bar, water sports, bathing buildings, beach volley.

The utilization of the property is projected to take place after the ESCADA study. The location and uniqueness of the property make it ideal for tourism -related uses, but the Fund has not yet come to how it will proceed.
