According to the police investigation, the members of the criminal organization acting either as natural perpetrators, as associates or as moral perpetrators, committed criminal offenses on the above indictment, at least since 2019.
As for the particular characteristics of this organization, it was found that:
- Members of the “narrow core” in order to avoid communication between the law enforcement authorities, used a specific way of communicating a specific online platform as a main way of communicating.
- It maintained financial autonomy, through contributions by its members, used for supplying materials and objects (banners, tricks, spray, helmets, bats, pyrotechnics, etc.),
- The members maintained a lot of accounts on social media, where they put forward their far -right ideology, as well as their illegal acts,
- There was a hierarchy, with adults and older members having a decisive role and directing the other members,
- Some members had undertaken distinct roles (supply of materials, slogans, detection of prospective goals, monitoring open sources of opponent ideology, causing physical damage, robberies, damage, etc.),
- Continuous efforts were made to attract – recruit the organization of other members and
- They participated along with other colleges of the so -called nationalist -patriotic area, in rallies, marches, as well as in other events with ambiguity and obvious distinctions of the organization.
The research has so far revealed that members of the organization made a different composition each time:

Research in their homes: nationalist symbols, swords, drugs
Investigations were carried out in the houses of the detainees where they were found and confiscated, among other things:
- Clothing and pieces of fabric with nationalist symbols, numerous stickers, books and printed material depicting nationalist symbols, racist symbols and logos of the organization,
- numerous weapons (rails, knives, swords, metal and wooden rods, hunting cartridges, sling and pyrotechnic construction),
- two packages containing cannabis,
- 1 precision scales,
- 33 mobile phone devices,
- 6 computers and
- 2 anti -residential masks.
The detainees will be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
