In view of the start of the heating oil disposal (Diesel) Tomorrow (15.10.2025), the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) proceeds to the necessary intersections for the administration of heating allowance to the beneficiaries.
In order to ensure the easy and smooth payment of the heating allowance, through the identification of the beneficiaries by the AADE, it is necessary for the sale documents to include all the necessary data.
In particular, the data of the sales documents, transmitted to AADE by petroleum trading companies, are compulsory and independent of the way of transmission:
- the taxpayer’s taxpayer (heating oil buyer),
- Code and Fuel Quantity (Fuel Codes “30-Diesel Heating” and “31-Diesel Heating Premium”) and
- The electricity supply number (of the buyer of heating oil).
It is recalled that the documents are transmitted to AADE in two ways:
- Through Electronic Issuing Services on the MyDA Digital Platform or
- Through Tax Electronic Mechanism (FEM) in the e-send information system.
Finally, it is noted that:
- For the documents transmitted through electronic issuance providers on the Mydata Digital Platform, it is mandatory to choose the indication “Heating allowanceAnd
- On the myth platform there is the ability to control validity of the electricity supply number. In the event of successful audit, the TK of the Directorate of Provision is refunded.
