This significant distinction came as a result of a methodical and documented evaluation process carried out by the Great Place to Work® Hellas. The evaluation was based on the immediate, anonymous and confidential positions of Haleon’s employees who shared their experiences, highlighting a working environment that stands out for the commitment, transparency and support it offers to its people.
This distinction is a practical recognition and reward of Haleon’s constant effort to invest in the development and well -being of its people. According to the results of the survey, 93% of Haleon’s employees in Greece said they were proud of their work, while 96% expressed that “the administration trusts people to perform their duties effectively, providing them with the necessary autonomy”. These rates confirm Haleon’s strategic commitment to continuous strengthening of corporate culture through cooperation, inclusion and continuous evolution.
