Investment of over 60m euros is launched or Grivalia Hospitality For the first phase of expansion of Amanzoe to Porto Heli with a new collection of luxurious seaside viller.
According to Giorgos Chrysikos, chairman of the Managing Director of Grivalia Hospitality, the new development of the Beach Club Villas consists of five branded villas, designed based on Aman’s standards and fully aligned with the viability commitments and the philosophy of Brand Amanzoe.
According to Mr. Chrysikos, the project with a budget of over € 30 million includes a total of five branded villas: four spacious three -bedroom villas, with a surface of about 780 to 810 sq.m. Each, as well as a villa of two bedrooms, about 650 sq.m. Overall, the estimated structured surface reaches 3,900 square meters, with particular concern in the configuration to maximize comfort, privacy and view throughout the area.
Vili construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2025 and be completed by the summer of 2027 while sale prices are estimated to start from 20,000 euros per square meter. It is noted that as with other Amanzoe properties, the owners stay some time in the year and the rest of the time are managed and exploited at Grivallia Hospitality.
The creation of a tennis court behind the Beach Club is also considered as an additional benefit that will further enhance the neighborhood attractiveness.
At the same time, Grivalia Hospitality is planning during the second phase of the investment program, budget of € 30m, the development of six houses and two additional three to five bedrooms. The exact timetable has not been determined for this investment. It will depend on demand, as company executives said. It is noted that Amanzoe’s expansion projects have been included in the development law.
In the third phase it is foreseen to develop an additional 17 villas that will be scattered in various parts of the 1,000 acres. These villas provide for the purchase of the land by the person concerned and the construction of a residence under the guidance and collaboration of Grivalia Hospitality.
As Grivalia Hospitality notes, the carefully selected village blend was designed to meet the significant demand expressed by potential Amanzoe buyers, as reflected in sales networks.
The project is strategically positioned to complement – and not compete – the existing existing Values of the resort.
With strong market dynamics and great interest in Amanzoe’s concept, the pre -emptives for Beach Club Villas will start this summer, offering an excellent opportunity to those who seek a special, seaside lifestyle under the signature of Amanzoe.
This new phase of Amanzoe confirms Grivalia Hospitality’s commitment to provide experiences of high quality and luxury now enriched with the dynamics and authenticity of a seaside experience.
Grivalia Hospitality acquired Amanzoe in 2018, with the value of the tourist accommodation then estimated at around 80m euros. Today, according to the administration, the value of Amanzoe exceeds EUR 300 million. Amanzoe, according to Mr. Chrysikos, is the most profitable Aman in the world. He even managed to be quite profitable during the pandemic. “Amanzoe has 10 years of growth with investments of around 100m euros,” he said.
Amanzoe, where the largest spa in Europe operates 2,000 square meters, is an average of 300 employees with the relevant number rising to 400 in the Peak of the summer season. Today Amanzoe operates 38 Pavilion -type houses and 15 villas, both of which are under development.
With the addition of 5 new villas, the complex will feature 20 villas and 38 houses, approaching the average AMAN bands internationally with 40 houses and 30-40 villas. It is noted that in 2024, Grivalia’s revenue from Amanzoe amounted to 35m euros.
