OR Athenian brewingwith a look at the younger generation and sustainability, it launches a new collaboration with the Odyssey Non -Profit Organization to create an innovative Green Academy in Thessaloniki, with the aim of sustainability being combined with the motives of modern economic reality.
The new Green Academy program from the Athenian Brewery and the speculative Odyssey Odyssey aims to prepare substantially new and new social groups for their immediate integration into the labor market, cultivating high -demand skills and enhancing their employability. The program already includes 30 people, who through innovative training methods in areas such as catering, agriculture and constructions, are equipped with modern knowledge and valuable “green” skills that are now necessary for their career.
At the same time, it provides targeted support for finding steady employment and their absorption in professional sectors with perspective, creating real opportunities for professional rehabilitation for the country’s productive potential.
Through a series of practical educational workshops, Green Academy participants explore green transition skills, such as wasteless cooking, sustainable agriculture, environmentally friendly paint techniques and installation of solar panels. Green Academy is not just an educational initiative; it is a step towards a sustainable professional future, full of prospects, enabling young people to actively participate in a society moving towards a greener and digital tomorrow.
