The truck ship MV Minervagracht was hit Monday (29.09.2025) open of Yemen From a rocket launched by Houthi, causing a fire. After the serious incident, two frigates of the European business “ASPIDES”, one Greek and one French, were immediately mobilized to rescue the crew.
Greek frigate “Spetsie” has been decisively involved in the rescue of the crew of the Dutch ship at risk off Yemen. All 19 crew members – Russians, Ukrainians, Philippines and nationals Sri Lanka – were safely rescued and transported to Djibouti.
