The deputy minister also underlined the importance of the India -East -Europe Middle -Member -Member (IMEEC) corridor (IMEEC), noting that Greece has the strategic capacity to be India’s main gateway to Europe, reinforcing its international role as a hub of transport and logistics.

Mr Hadjivasiliou pointed out that, in the context of the three seas initiative, Greece has two objectives: first, to complete the transport and energy interconnections between the European states and, secondly, to fill the development gap between various EU Member States.
