OR National football Greece easily won its second friendly match in Pancreas, dominating with 4-0 Bulgarian In her last game of the season, finding new protagonists.
Despite the complete change in its eleven relative to the match against Slovakia, Greece’s national football managed to easily reach the positive result, with Pelka, Ioannidis, Jolis and Constantelia.
Ivan Jovanovic’s team had a bad picture in the first half, but uploaded its performance in the second half and showed the multitude of solutions now in the offensive track, with the team’s “machine guns” reaching 11 goals in their last three matches.
The game
With eleven new players in its eleven compared to the previous game against Slovakia, Greece showed an unrelated half of the match against Bulgaria. A good shot by Pelka at 33 ′ and a Ioannidis header from a good position in the delays, was the only opportunities of the “blue -white”, while the Bulgarians showed inability to “threaten” Tzolakis.
Two long shots from Krev and Petkov did not worry the goalkeeper of National Greece, with 0-0 easily staying in the first 45 minutes of the match in Pancreas.
The image of Jovanovic’s team, however, changed completely in the second half. Although started without changes, National Greece was transformed for the better and at 51 ′ Pelkas opened the scoring with a powerful shot through the area to make it 1-0 in the match.
Greece continued to hold the ball after the goal and reached 2-0 at 66 ′, with the scorer becoming a creator this time and making Ioannidis in a position to make it ideally and essentially “clean” the match.
There were a series of changes for our national team, with Jovanovic throwing in the match and Jolis and Constantelia, who also managed to find nets. The first at 75 ′ with a nice finish up close after a terrible vertical pass of Bakassetta, 3-0 in Pancreas.
And the second with a void in a vacuum after a magnificent aggressive development of Greece, which made the final score in the match, 4-0 against Bulgaria. Our national team thus achieved a second series of “four” and left promises ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
