The time of the accident
The couple’s motorcycle collided with jeeps on Friday morning on the Chalkida – Lepone Highway. Yiannis Karapas was killed instantly, and his wife was taken into critical condition at Thriassian Hospital. Despite the superhuman efforts of doctors, he ended up a few hours later.
The impact was so severe that the fire caused, and the scooter jumped several meters away.
