A German police officer shot and killed a young man who had attacked a stinging spray, having previously threatened many people with a knife, in a clash outside a club of Oldenburg in the northwest Germany.
There is a preliminary investigation against a 27 -year -old police officer who has repeatedly shot the 21 -year -old. The young man later succumbed to his injuries to the German hospital where he was taken.
“For reasons of neutrality” the investigation has been entrusted to police authorities under the supervision of the Olderburg prosecutor’s Office.
According to police, police intervened on Saturday night for Sunday after the young man “injured and threatened many people” after refusing to enter the club. The alleged perpetrator sprayed two club workers with some irritating spray, causing the “slight injury” to many other people present.
“Some tried to pursue him, but they retreated when they threatened them with a knife,” the police added.
Although he left before the first patrol reached the spot, the young man fell on another patrol. At that time, he “threatened to threaten the police” spraying them with the spray he owned, resulting in one of them opening fire and killing him.
