Reply to reports that bring him as a central person in the case of a recovery fund management case by Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis, categorically denying any involvement and heralding and appealing to justice.
As he points out, there has never been an investigation against him and clarifies that the responsibility for the recovery fund belongs – then – to the Ministry of Finance and not the Ministry of Development, which he himself had undertaken.
Referring to a website report referring to a “first case file” that will be forwarded to Parliament with reference to his name, Mr Georgiadis states that he is directly appealing to justice, seeking either the reconstruction or compensation for non -moral damage. At the same time, he speaks of “false allegations” that are part of a broader political targeting effort, stating: “There is absolutely no such investigation against me and the main one could not exist, as as Minister of Development and Investment I had the responsibility of the Fund and then.”
Concluding his post, the minister notes that he will not allow him to be targeted again with non -existent accusations: “I will not allow anyone to play again with my honor and reputation. I have suffered quite a bit of mud and slander in the past. So here! “
