Georgiadis: At 4.04 with excellent 5 or so far citizens evaluating the main services of NHS hospitals

A general average of satisfaction 4.04 with excellent 5 were given by citizens who rated the main services of YOUin accordance with the answers given to the new NHS Services Evaluation System that has established the health ministry.

The Minister of Health, A. Georgiadis, by posting on X, quotes the corresponding table with the information and states:

“14,890 patients who were discharged from NHS hospitals (excluding oncology, pediatrics and psychiatric clinics and have a non -prescription), rated the services they received, through the self -assessment system we made with HIDA.

This is the rating they gave us. We are actually much better than parties, trade unions and media want to present us. But we still have a long way to go to improve our weaknesses!

Thanks to all those who participated by answering and please all those who receive the MEM on their cellphone to answer. Patients’ opinion of us is the most important of us! “

However, it is clear from citizens’ answers to the new NHS Services Evaluation System, food, lack of nursing staff or cleanliness and their participation in decision -making are the largest thorns highlighted by the evaluation of citizens recently hospitalized in Greek hospitals.

In all of this, the satisfaction index is lower in contrast to the adequacy of medical staff and equipment, taking satisfactory guidelines before discharge, confidence in doctors and nurses, as well as management and coordination between the hospital departments, where a high level is recorded.
