Using Melina Mercouri’s legendary interpretation of Stavros Xarhakou and Vangelis Goufa’s “Remember me and Love Me”, EPO posted a photo of George Baldok and commented that it will never be forgotten by national football.
“A year without you, but always with us. Your memory remains alive our beloved George,” the national football says in her comment, with Melina Mercury’s voice heard in the lyrics “for what journey did you move, remember me.”
