“We will find out very soon if Hamas is truly serious, from the way technical talks on logistics will evolve,” Rubio told NBC News, referring to the negotiations on the liberation of hostages held in the Gauze.
Hamas is asking for ‘immediate’ agreement
Before the talks in Sharm El-Siech, Hamas’s senior executive, said the movement wishes ‘To reach an agreement to end the war’ and for her ‘Immediate liberation’ of Israeli hostages in exchange for Palestinian prisoners.
The discussions are based on the Trump Plan, which provides for a truce, release of hostages within 72 hours, gradually withdrawal of Israeli troops and Hamas disarmament.
