Israel says there is no quantitative restriction on food aid that enters Gaza and accuses Hamas of stealing help, accusations that the Palestinian organization refuses.

About 73% of trucks that carry food aid to Gaza in September have stopped hungry civilians or by force armed gangs, according to Ocha.
