“Examination of Israeli policy in the Gaza Strip and its horrific impact as well as statements by high -ranking Israeli politicians and military goals for the attacks lead us to the undeniable conclusion that Israel is conducting a coordinated action aimed at its intentional destruction.”

David Menser’s spokesman for the Israeli government stressed that Israel is “strongly rejecting this accusation”.
“There is no intention (which is) the basis for the Genocide category (…) it makes no sense for a country to send 1.9 tonnes of help, most of which is food if it has intended to commit genocide,” he said.
And the Israeli army rejected the conclusions of the reports as “unfounded”, stressing that it adheres to international law and taking unprecedented measures to prevent civilians from being hurt, while their Hamas uses them as “human shields”.
International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Joab Gandle as there are suspicions that they have committed war crimes and crimes against humanity.
At the same time, South Africa has appealed to the International Court of Justice, accusing Israel of committing “genocide” in the Gaza Strip.
Gaza war began after Hamas’ unprecedented attack on Israel on 7 October 2023which killed 1,219 people – mainly citizens – according to AFP counting based on official Israeli elements.
