The driver of the vehicle was immediately arrested on the spot and recognized as an asylum seeker from Afghanistan, who has lived in Germany in recent years. Authorities immediately examined the incident being associated with Islamic incentives.
The name of the perpetrator is Farkad N., born in 2001 in Kabulaccording to Der Spiegel magazine. The 24 -year -old Afghan is alleged to have arrived in Germany at the end of 2016, while the Federal Migration and Refugee Service has in the meantime rejected his asylum application.
Farchad N. had received the so -called “tolerance license”, which suspended the deportation and was last recorded in Munich. The magazine also said that the detainee had posted Islamic comments on the internet shortly before today’s attack.
The condemnation of the perpetrator of the attack on Munich and his departure from Germany was asked by the then Chancellor Allaf Saltz.

The 2024 holidays were approaching, the Magdeburg Christmas Market turned into a nightmare when an SUV fell speed on the world, killing six people and injuring dozens. The perpetrator, who was recorded for his far -right views, was immediately arrested.
The German government strongly condemned the attack and pledged to step up measures to combat extremist violence.
The 50 -year -old Saudi psychiatrist Taleb worked at a Burnburg clinic, about 50 kilometers south of Magdeburg. Lately, however, he said Der Spiegel magazine, he was very often absent from his work, citing illness.
He often spoke against Islam and on social media he had made a series of posts, referring to Islamization of Germany and Europe, seeking revenge. He was a supporter of far -right AfD and his Vet Mask.
On August 13 he had written on X (former twitter):
“I assure you: If Germany wants war, it will have it. If Germany wants to kill us, we will slaughter them, die or proudly go to prison. “
According to Bild, it was under the influence of drugs, as it was found positive in a first test for the detection of police substances.

March 2025. Car fell to a multitude of people in the German town of Mannhaim, with at least two people losing their lives and ten being injured, including a childaccording to a statement by the local police. Local police said, according to the BBC, that it did not believe that there was a political motivation behind the attack.
Authorities did not see a political or religious motive behind Alexander S.’s act, who led his car to a crowd in the center of Mannheim.
The perpetrator, a 40 -year -old man, a German national, who, according to Der Spiegel magazine, suffered from mental illness, was severely injured, as he was arrested in his mouth with a fire pistol.
According to Baden’s Interior Minister Thomas Strombl, the perpetrator had not previously dealt with the authorities either in a violation or with possible interconnections with terrorism or extremism circles, although 2018 was investigated by the authorities with the suspicion of “symbols”. His motive, however, remained unclear.
