As announced by the Ministry of Education, electronic registrations for freshmen are made from today, Thursday 16 September until Friday 24 of the month at 15:00 noon.
The registration of the successful candidates is carried out in the above period compulsorily electronically, through the Electronic Registration Information System 2021.
The successful candidates can access the Information System Electronic Registrations 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Religions at the electronic address https://eregister.it.minedu.gov.gr.
To enter the electronic application, candidates enter the 8-digit candidate exam code and the same password that they used to enter the electronic application of the Computer Bulletin. The application will be operational from today, Thursday 16 September 2021, after 12:00 noon.

For access to the online application, the school units will provide support to the successful candidates regarding the passwords, while a detailed user manual is provided for their convenience, as well as brief instructions in each step.
In the event that the successful candidates had enrolled from the previous year in a curriculum of the first cycle of the Department or School of the A.E.I. or A.E.A. of the country, are obliged through the same Information System, to declare the School or the Department, in which they are already registered,
thus requesting their removal from it, in order to complete the enrollment in the new School or in their new Department of success. The successful candidates who had been enrolled from the previous year in a curriculum of the first cycle of a Department or School of a University. or A.E.A. of the country, but have already proceeded to delete them, addressing directly to the Secretariat of the old Department / School in the previous period (before the start of the electronic procedure), are also required to declare at the same point of the electronic application the Department or School of previous registration .
Students enrolled in Departments of abolished TEI will apply for deletion, first looking for the Institution (University) in which the old Department joined and then the old Department of the TEI, from which they wish to be deleted.

Universities in which they have joined until the completion of their transitional operation.
Freshmen: Entering the application
The application for registration of the successful candidates through the Information System of the Ministry of Education and Religions has the character of a Responsible Declaration. After entering the application, the successful candidates will be required to fill in their personal Social Security Registration Number (AMKA), which will be confirmed through interoperability with the National AMKA Registry.
Among the other information that the user is required to fill in in his electronic registration application, is the ID number or Passport number, which usually appears pre-filled with the corresponding price, which the same user filled in in his Computer Bulletin, but retains the possibility of modification.
During the Electronic Registration process, the successful candidates are required to state their contact details, mobile phone number and e-mail address, which are confirmed through relevant mechanisms of the electronic application.
It is pointed out that the correctness of the contact information is particularly important, as the Secretariats of the Schools / Departments will have the opportunity to use them in further procedures.
It is pointed out that for the first time this year, it is possible to undo a registration application that has been registered and has received a protocol number. Thus, in the event that someone finds incorrect information in his application after its final submission, he has the ability through the Information System to proceed with the reversal of the incorrect application and the submission of a new one.
For the appeal process the user needs to fill in the 8-digit candidate code and the Prot. of the application to be withdrawn.
