Fire broke out early on the night of Wednesday 16 July at Maneuvercausing the authorities to be immediately mobilized. The fire burns in site on Agia Sotiros Street, within walking distance of the Roma settlement. For extinguishing of fire, at the point they attempt 33 firefighters with 11 vehiclestrying to limit the front and prevent it from expanding.
The Fire Department is fully prepared, as proximity to a residential area makes the situation particularly critical.
