Improved is the picture of fire to Chioswhich made at least 62,000 acres of land, as today Wednesday (25.6.2025) seems to have now been confined to Mount Trachili, north of Lithi village.
The fire is currently burning in a steep area in Chios and two Canadair and 4 fire helicopters are operating since morning. A helicopter also attempts at Panagia Arvanitissa, which has a resurgence, west of the village of Karyes.
