‘Alarm’ marked Monday morning (12.05.25) at the Fire Brigade for fire that broke out in a car in Thessaloniki.
The fire occurred under uncertain conditions so far around 04:00 in the early morning in eastern Thessaloniki and specifically on Kanari Street.
The car was completely burnt down, and the fire was expanded to a tree, as ERT reports. Damages, not serious, were also caused to adjacent cars.
At the scene, 2 firefighters with six firefighters were attempted, who extinguished the fire before it took huge dimensions.

The owner of the vehicle listened to a click and went out of his house to see what was going on. Then he found that his car was wrapped in flames.
The causes of the fire is being investigated by the Fire Service, with authorities considering the possibility of arson.
