Alarm rang today (06.09.2025) in London in London as the Fire Service received a call for fire at the former headquarters of his television center BBC in the White City area.
According to information from the London Fire Department, about 100 firefighters were called to extinguish the fire, information confirmed by the British news network BBC.
London Fire Service clarified that About 100 firefighters from Hammersmith, North Kensington, Kensington and Chisguickas well as around the stations of the Fire Brigade were mobilized after calling them to fire fire in the nine -storey building shortly after 03:00 local time (05:00 Greek time).

The fire affects floors on the roof of the building, with a restaurant and an outer surface wrapped in flames, according to the Fire Brigade. Unknown number of apartments has also been likely to be affectedaccording to the same source.
According to footage from the scene shared by LFB, the fire appears to be affecting the Helios Building at Television Centre, the former home of the BBC.
The London Fire Brigade said 15 fire engines were in attendance at the building on Wood Lane.

The causes of the fire remain unknown at present. There is no information on injuries or deaths.
