OR Fenerbahce took a qualifying lead in her Final Four Euroleague. Sarunas Yasikevicius’ team dominated Paris 83-78 in the city and made it 1-0 in the quarter-finals.
Fenerbahce has withstood the pressure of Paris and is now two wins from Abu Dhabi.
Wade Baldwin noted the basket, which essentially gave Fenerbahce the victory, 10 seconds before the match finale, being his team’s top scorer (15 points). This was followed by Nigel Haes-Davis with 14 points, while Devon Hall added 13 more.
Hifi with 21 points, Ward with 19 points and the shorts with 17 points and 7 assists stood out for the French, but did not arrive.
