Extension of the deadline for the timely payment of special insurance contribution in favor ELGA to farmers For the years 2023 and 2024, the Ministry of Rural Development and Food announced.
The new deadline for ELGA is set on June 30, 2025, providing farmers additional time for the settlement of their insurance liabilities.
Decision 131824/20-05-2025 amends the previous JMD 425/42522/20.05.2013, which determines the process of submitting the annual single cultivation/farming statement and the ways of payment of the special insurance contribution in favor of ELGA.
This extension is expected to facilitate producers in fulfilling their obligations, while ensuring the smooth operation of the ELGA insurance system.
