In an evening full of art, vitality and high aesthetics, its inauguration took place on Monday, June 30 exposure Photography ‘Land Loop’ by LAMDA Development in the emblematic area of the former government tobacco strength.
The exhibition, hosted by the former public smoke shop from July 1st to July 20th, offers the public the opportunity to see in a different look at familiar urban destinations, such as shopping malls, marinas and the iconic work of The Ellinikon – destinations created by Lamda and an integral part of the modern urban life. The purpose of the exhibition is to tell how these sites become places that breathe, signs of personal space and collective experience.
For the first time, seven leading photographers – Dionysis Andrianopoulos, Giorgis Gerolimbos, Efi Goussi, Pygalion Karatzas, Nikos Kontostavlakis, Mariana Bistis and Ria Mort – are at the same time capturing the same issue, inspired by them and inspired by them. The result is 70 photos that are essentially telling human stories.
The photography exhibition “Liochemus Lands” is an artistic visual narrative of the Lamda Development Universe collectible album, which was presented on the inaugural day. It is a special edition that captures the vision of a new relationship with the urban landscape and the daily interaction with it. He is responsible for the publication of the collecting album and curator of the exhibition, is the journalist Fotis Tsimlas.
The event was honored by the presence of the Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr. Nikitas Kaklamanis who inaugurated the photography exhibition, the Deputy Regional Governor of Attica Ms. Christina Kefalogiannis, personalities from the field of art, culture, academic community, business and media.
In his address, the Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr. Nikitas Kaklamanis, stressed that “the exhibition marks yet another open call of art and culture to society and man. A visual universe made of photographic mosaics, sculptured by artists of well -known value and course. These mosaics build an organic system that promotes interaction, creative dialogue and fruitful reflection. “
Mr N. Kaklamanis added that the exhibition is also an important venture because: “it constitutes a compact and balanced photographic narrative based on creative pluralism.” He ended up congratulating Lamda Development on the initiative and photographers on the exquisite result.
Lamda Development’s Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, Ms. Sissi Iliopoulou, among other things, stressed: “In Lamda we believe that the city is a living organism, a canvas of human interaction, experiences and visions. That’s why we want to create inspirational places! To offer destinations and experiences that make people’s lives better. With the exhibition of “Loeting of Liaison” we want to narrate life in the city, through the eyes of seven great Greeks and Greek photographers. From the big picture, to the details that make the difference and from the recording of everyday life to the urban landscape, to human contacts and associations, the photos of the “Liocation Land” exhibition invite us to a new reading of the simple moments that connect us to others and the space around us.
