Euroncap: These are the safest cars

Essentially, it is about the safety certification that cars sold on the European market must have. The organization was founded in 1997 and is the European version of the corresponding American organization that has existed since 1979. Note that today the European organization is much stricter in terms of testing and scoring than the American one. Now Euroncap is accepted by almost all car manufacturers, even if from time to time there is a conflict with some of them, which is understood to happen when a result is not to their liking. In these cases the organization allows the crash test to be repeated and this is the main reason why it recommends companies to give their cars a test before they go on the market.
