History:
In July 2015, the five permanent members of the UN Security Council, plus Germany, the EU and Iran, had reached an agreement on Tehran’s nuclear program on the basis of the Nuclear Weapons Treaty. According to UN inspectors, the strict terms set up appeared to be respected. Then, Iran could only enrich heaven only for energy production. The agreement had been considered a diplomatic success of US President Obama. However, in 2018 with the election of Trump, the US withdrew them and then reinstated sanctions in Iran. With the reopening of the negotiations, the Teutonic months, it appeared that the two parties were very close to a preliminary agreement, but which is now considered extremely uncertain.
