The meeting of its president Chinawith the leaders of Russia, Iran and North Korea in Beijing, is something that concerns the international community, with Europe To put it in a “new order of things”, which does not satisfy it.
EU spokesman Kaya Calas said today in an interview that the meeting of the President of China with the leaders of Russia, Iran and North Korea in Beijing is a “immediate challenge for the international order” that Europe is called upon to face.
Regarding the meeting, the head of European diplomacy said that what we see is “an authoritarian alliance to seek a rapid process for a new order of things”, which “is not just a contradictory perspective, but a challenge for the international order built on rules”.
Kaya Callas did not fail to point out that China has supported Russia in its war against Ukraine, noting that all this is a new reality that Europe should face.
Specifically for the Russia-Ukraine War, Mrs Calas said that “Russia does not really want to end this war”, stressing that for Europe this means more military, diplomatic and financial support for Kiev. He also said that in the event of a truce, “a strong military Ukraine is the strongest security guarantee.”
THE Donald Trump had commented earlier the leaders’ meeting in Beijing, posting an ironic comment on the magnificent military parade organized by China. The US president also backed in a post on Truth Social that Si Jinping is “conspiring” against the United States along with Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, who were officially invited by the event.
