OR Portugal won 68-65 Estonia in his 5th race Eurobasketwith the Iberians managing to qualify for the “16” of the event for the first time in their history.
In a thriller game, Portugal sent Estonia to Tallinn, as they made their 3-2 victory in the group, with the Estonians staying in one victory, as a result that leaves them out of the Eurobasket.
Estonia had led 65-64 in 40΄΄ by hand bridge Cononcouk (after 9 of its consecutive points), to win two consecutive fouls, by Caspar Traiers and Yanari Jesar, Rafael Lisboa and 4/4. Lisboa had also been a three-point lead before Cononstukuk was 65-64.
The Portuguese National Guard, Rafael Lisboa, was also the top scorer with 17 points and 5 assists.
