The shareholders of the companies Entersoft & Softone announced today (13.12.2024) the integration of the two companies into a single organization creating the leader in the field of business software in a constantly evolving digital ecosystem of Greece.
The new organization will continue to deliver multiplier value for employees, partners, customers and the market, both in Greece and in other markets in Southeast Europe (mainly Cyprus, Romania and Bulgaria). Entersoft and Softone join forces and their strengths, know-how, innovation and expertise.
The new organization will focus on formulating a unified strategy that will respond to the evolving needs of businesses. This strategy seeks to further strengthen the group’s market presence and consolidate its commercial superiority. It is based on the possibility of realizing investments with high added value, while at the same time creating more opportunities for professional development.
The new organization is the leading provider of business software products and services in Greece, with an expanded portfolio of solutions used daily by more than 90,000 customers, a nationwide network of 700 partners, while employing more than 1,500 employees.
The management team, led by Antonis Kotzamanidis as CEO, has unique experience in the industry, combining the strengths of executives from both companies. Mr. Kotzamanidis sets as his priority the assurance of business continuity and the implementation of the ambitious strategic development of the new Group.
