THE Emmanuel Karalis won his second medal in World Track and Track Championshipsin his second place in the final of the jump in the city of Nanjing, China, raising the harvest for Greece as well.
Emmanuel Karalis’ silver medal at China’s World Indoor Championships was the fifth in the jump in the short and 15th overall for Greece at this level.
“Manolo” had also won the bronze medal in 2024 in Glasgow, while Kostas Filippidis has the only gold in this sport since 2014. In total, our country has won 6 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals in the closed world championships.
