In the 15th Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career
Elpen’s presence in the 15th Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career with a specially designed kiosk was dynamic. In this context, the company’s representatives informed participants about the important opportunities it offers about the development of their knowledge and gain work experience.
Elpen’s participation in the event was also made with a series of lectures given by its executives. Specifically, Mrs. Eleni Pentafraga, Chief Strategy Officer of Elpen & Chair of the Board in the Athens Lifetech Park referred to the success of the start -ups in Greece.
In addition, Mrs. Eleftheria Pekopoulou, Plant Director of the company participated in Panel for the challenges of tomorrow’s industrial production, while Mr. Stavros Politis, Elpen’s R&D Director, analyzed the roles and employment opportunities in the departments of a pharmaceutical company. Executives from the company’s human resources management also participated in lectures on employment, skills, innovation and modern production.
In the days of career in Thessaloniki
For the second consecutive year, ELPEN participated in Kariera.gr’s career days in Thessaloniki. Her booth was visited by young and young people who were informed of the available jobs and discussed with the company executives about the role, opportunities and prospects it offers. ELPEN also participated in the career days of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, chatting with dozens of students and graduates, mainly from the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals and biology.

Elpen participated for the first time in the Regeneration “Soft Skills Training”, the largest employment and training program in Greece. In the event of Best Athens: Key to the Future
ELPEN participated for the first time in the event of the Student Volunteer Organization Best Athens, Key to the Future. In its specially designed stand, the company welcomed students of the National Technical University of Athens, who informed them of the prospects of the pharmaceutical industry. During the event, Elpen executives discussed with the new generation of engineers, exchanging ideas and presenting the work and values of the company.
The Best (Board of European Students of Technology) is a student volunteer, through which students from all over Europe have the opportunity to get to know each other, develop skills and get in touch with the labor market.
In the 49th Deree Career Day
ELPEN gave the 49th Deree Career Day, participating in yet another major initiative that brings the academic community close to the labor market. In this context, its executives held personal meetings with students and graduates of the American College – Deree, with whom they discussed the ever -changing market needs and the skills of the future in the pharmaceutical industry.
